Mentor group - first experiences from Finland

In Finland the HASIC project trained 15 mentors and piloted 5 peer groups in the autumn of 2014. The feedback from the
first participants was very positive and they felt that their well-being had increased because of the weekly peer group meetings. In the groups people for example had coffee together, exercised together and went to a library or theatre. This spring 18 people will start the mentor training and hope- fully we’ll have 8 peer groups starting under the new mentors.
